The Bold 9700 is bound to have less success on the Belgian market temporarily as the curve that resembles it so well has been in the market for a while at a very good price, I saw just the other day that well known phone dealers sell it for less than 200 euros. At that price even the American market would be interested. Some of the down side of the 9700 is that it’s not compatible with popular apps like OPERA and Wi-Fi based e-mail clients or even On-line Radio.

But all these are being taken care of and the Bold 9700 or Bold II will still be one step ahead with the 3g, process power and the smaller size comparing it with the Bold classic not mentioning high class finish and style.

Personally I have been testing this new Blackberry for a while and it does wanders when inside the Tube, listening to your favorite tunes talking on the phone is great and switching from one to the other is fantastic. On the other hand e-mailing is just great, the keyboard feels just right after the first week or so.

I don’t really use it that much as for the moment I’m not often mobile but I know that I will grow to use it a lot more often.

Here at bimos.be we grow to like the Blackberry in general. The iPhone is a TOY the human is not used to just touch, we need to feel it, in other words pressing a button is always going to be more natural (at least for the generation I’m part of ).
