Blackberry Screen Problem Print E-mail

Lately we were amazed of the amount of blackberry terminals that came in with a screen problem. Some of the most successful models out there have a very vulnerable screen. Let's take Curve 8900 for example, lately we had 5 broken screens – The screen it's self is not broken but the display comes out just white, we suppose the flex cable is broken but there is nothing we can do but to change the screen same problem was apparently inherited by the Curve 8520 but we're not calling it an epidemic just yet as we did not have too many casualties.

Bold 9000 is not so dramatic we just saw the humidity (silver spots on the screen), the line across the screen that spreads but all these are not going to stop you from working it's just "ugly" and repairing this is called luxury in Belgium :) not a necessity. But the screen of the Bold 9000 is fragile we had more than enough here, it scratches easy and it's a pain to keep spotless; anyways we have to forgive that, as it's still the leading blackberry model now on the market.

The Storm, this is the toy Blackberry – if you like the iPhone and need a Blackberry go with the Storm I or II both are gadgets and have the "click" problem. A lot of our clients came and say that the screen "selects" but does not "click execute". We are here to say to all those unfortunate blackberry users with this problem that the screen is fine and the bill is not going to be just as high. There is a middle part in the Storm terminal and that has a flex cable that breaks. It's a mechanic issue that will always break that Flax cable (depending on how hard you use it) So my advice is "Be gentle it'll last longer !" - That does not sound right, anyways you'll be the judge of that.

Touch screen or not the Blackberry still has vulnerable screens but if you look into the matter it's really hard to put a plastic cover over the screen and still have a crystal clear picture so I guess chances were taken!

What I can say is that Here at bimos.Be SPRL we are able to change the Blackberry screens, we usually keep a stock of screens but unfortunately sometimes we have to order with delays between 5 to 15 days.

All in all Blackberry is a nice phone, keep it safe, and it can last a very long time. The average phone life time is 18 months I saw Blackberry terminals 50 month old.

Just to let you know Mister Obama had a Blackberry when he became President of USA, his model was 8700 but it was judged to be not secured enough and changed what a pitty. The only problem with that Blackberry is the jog dial scroll wheel.

Well here at Bimos.be SPRL we fix all models and all the parts so do not hesitate to call us if you have Blackberry issues.
